We want to inform you about a recent attempted data breach targeting our organization. While this attempt was concerning, we are relieved to report that no personal data was compromised. Our servers are securely segmented, and the perpetrators only gained partial access to a system that does not contain personal information.
All logs and IP addresses associated with this breach have been reported to local and federal authorities. Based on our findings, we strongly suspect this attack was orchestrated by a rogue news organization or an individual reporter with a personal vendetta against us. Rest assured, we are working closely with the authorities, ISPs and forensics specialists to ensure those responsible are held accountable.
